Has anyone here successfully reversed telogen effluvium? If so, how long did it take?

Just looking for some hope and guidance. About 3 months ago, I started noticing a lot more hair in the shower and on my pillow. After a stressful period (work burnout + a bad flu), my doctor suggested I might be dealing with telogen effluvium.
The shedding has been constant and honestly, it’s been really hard mentally. I’ve read that TE is usually temporary, but I’d love to hear from real people who have actually come out the other side.
Did you fully recover from telogen effluvium? How long did it take for the shedding to stop and for your hair to start growing back?
Also, were there any specific things that helped you — supplements, diet changes, stress management, etc.?
I’m trying to stay positive, but it’s tough when every day feels like I’m losing more hair. Any personal stories or encouragement would be greatly appreciated!
